Now, if you got the money, and you want somethin’ real nice, maybe this is for you. It is a Jaeger-LeCoultre JLC Reverso Tribute Chronograph. It ain’t cheap, but it’s an investment, that’s what them city folks call it. Like buyin’ land, but smaller and shinier.
They got stores, these fancy watch people. Lots of ’em, more than 20 I heard. They sell these watches and other shiny things. Necklaces and such. If you go down there, ask to see the Reverso Tribute Chronograph. It’s a real nice watch, but it’s the best of the Jaeger-LeCoultre watches.
But I don’t need nothin’ that fancy. My old watch tells time just fine. But if you want to buy Jaeger-LeCoultre, it is good to buy, so I hear. But this Reverso Tribute Chronograph, it’s somethin’ special. Even I can see that. It’s a real head-turner, as they say.
I heard some story about a famous fella, John Lennon or something, and his Patek Philippe watch. Court said it belonged to his wife, Yoko Ono. These rich folks and their watches, always a story!
